Youth to be served, must serve...
The Active 20-30 Club of Fort Wayne provides young adults with an opportunity for personal growth, friendship, and leadership development, while improving the quality of life for the special needs of children in our community. This organization differs from many other service organizations because not only do we raise money for the special needs of children in our community, but we encourage hands-on participation.
Getting Active and Getting Involved...
The Active 20-30 Club has a rich history of involvement in communities as a non-profit service organization across the United States and Canada. We are committed to expanding this involvement further into the Fort Wayne community. Active 20-30 Club members plan, promote, and participate in a variety of fund-raising events, culminating in our annual Puttin' On The Ritz event!
Additionally, the Active 20-30 Club has been actively involved in hands-on activities such as Children's Shopping Spree an Easter Egg Hunt with Jefferson Pointe. We treat local children from organizations like the Euell Wilson Center, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, The Boys and Girls Club and The Pontiac Youth Center to bowling nights and days at the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo. We interact with kids during Wizards games and Komet games, skating parties and Movie Nights. At these Club sponsored activities, the Club provides a "cost free" good time consisting of pizza, hotdogs, hamburgers, snacks, drinks and entry into the game, event or business for each child.
Combining a social and professional atmosphere for local young professionals we are able to raise monies to benefit Fort Wayne non-for-profit organizations such as: Daybreak Children's Shelter, Toys for Tots, Community Harvest Foodbank, The Learning and Development Center, ER Pals and the Christ Child Society of Fort Wayne.
