General Membership Meeting

Find out who we are and what we do.

General Membership Meetings (GMM's or GM Meetings) are usually held on the first Tuesday of each month. This is open to the public so you can see our members at work.

With leadership development as a key goal, this meeting uses Robert's Rules of Order as a deliberative assembly. Quorums are established in support of board initiatives and voted on by members. Minutes are also taken and voted upon to be approved at the next General Membership Meeting. Our club also uses a Club Operations Manual and has instituted a set of bylaws which help to guide decision making.

We often have visitors from other organizations and guest speakers, and this is a great place to get your idea heard.
