Socials

Every third Thursday of the month members and their guests get together at a local establishment. It is a great opportunity for anyone to get to know the club and its members in a more relaxed atmosphere. Location of socials is determined at the board meeting by the Social Chair.

5:01's

Typically called on Friday's, 5:01 can be called by any active member at a location of its choice. The rule is: member calling the 5:01 must be at location by that time of day. If late, the member owes a drink to anyone that has gotten there on time and before him or her.

Trolley Party - Progressive Dinner

Held in October, Trolley Party is an event hosted by Club members. After the theme of the party is determined (Music Thru the Ages, World Countries, Holidays, Etc.), members open their homes and host a leg of the party and serve drinks and foods associated with the theme. After spending a certain amount of time at a house we all climb aboard a rented Trolley which takes us to the next home. There are usually three or four different homes we visit during the Trolley Party.

Socialite Dinners

Similar to Socials, socialite dinners are another opportunity for members to relax and enjoy each others company in a more relaxed atmosphere. There are no set dates for Socialite Dinners. They are planned and organized by the Social Chair.

Christmas Party

Christmas is a time of year where everyone enjoys spending time with our loved ones. Our Active 20-30 Club is like a big family and we enjoy getting together in early December to celebrate the Christmas Season. Every year we adopt a family, bring gifts for our adopted family, and play games.
